Things are heating up for the 3rd Annual FIRED UP! Presented by Certified Angus Beef & Stella Artois. It’s time to eat, drink and mingle at this sizzling hot event, taking place on the grounds of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center on Friday, September 9th from 7 P.M. to 10 P.M. Come witness the most exciting best grill-off competition, as the top grillers in the Capital Region battle it out for the FIRED UP! title. The judges, which include Josh Capon, Anne Burrell, Marc Murphy, and others, won’t be the only ones judging our competitors, you will be as well! Eat up and enjoy all the tasty grill bites and vote for your favorite. These grill bites will be perfectly paired with refreshing wine, mixed cocktails and a proper chalice poured by Stella Artois. Don’t miss out on this high intensity, exhilarating start to the Saratoga Wine & Food Festival weekend.

The Saratoga Wine and Food Festival invite you to spend the day exploring this year’s Grand Tasting! Saturday’s Grand Tasting is centered on unparalleled wines, spirits, authentic products and the region’s top restaurants. This daytime event, is taking place on Saturday, September 10th from 12 P.M. to 4 P.M. For our VIP guests, doors open at 12pm, offering them a full hour all to themselves to eat, drink and meet the chefs! VIP guests will also enjoy an array of fine foods, premier drinks, and live music in an upscale and elegant VIP only room. The first 100 VIP guests will be able to participate in an exclusive book signing with Marc Murphy.

At 1pm, all guests will get the opportunity to savor exquisite foods created by more than 30 chefs in the Capital Region, culinary demonstrations, live auction, mystery wall, and sip on cocktails, wine and beer. This year, we have a special treat for guests, a Culinary Demonstration on the BlueStar stage in the Adirondack Appliance Culinary Tent by Anne Burrell, Josh Capon, and Woodford Reserve Master Distiller, Chris Morris. As if this day couldn’t get any better, The Saratoga Automobile Museum is presenting a show of luxury collector cars including classes of Shelby Cobra, Alfa Romeo, Porsche, Lancia, Maserati, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and much more! What more could you possibly need on a beautiful day in Saratoga Springs? This is one event, you definitely don’t want to miss out on!


IN THE GROOVE JAZZ BRUNCH: SUNDAY, SEPT 11, 11:30am-2:30pm 

What’s better than a wonderful Sunday Brunch to end your weekend? Can’t decide where to go or what to eat? Well, we just made your decision a lot easier! Join us for the In the Groove Jazz Brunch, taking place on Sunday, September 11th from 11:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. at the beautiful Saratoga National. At this bubbly, upscale brunch, we have something that you can’t get anywhere else, six (6) of your favorite Mazzone Restaurants and chefs all together serving the most delicious brunch items at the beautiful Saratoga National.
